Good vs. Bad sitsit
The year’s largest, most anticipated and awesome AK and Kannu traditional sitsi-party is here again – now more massive than ever! During the evening, the good will face its arch enemy and long lost allies will once again join forces! But the question still remains: who is good and who is bad?
This year Good VS Bad – goes DOUBLETROUBLE. In other words, the theme is teams! Who will you share your possibly last meal with, when magical powers build up under the same roof? Will you take your arch enemy with you for one final battle or will you spend the evening surrounded by friends, reminiscing in past adventures? Either way, grab your friend and put on your team costumes. You’ll be facing characters from different worlds, crossing disciplinary boundaries, so dive deep into your imagination and see you at Smökki!

White overall sitsit
The purest guilds of Otaniemi, AK, FK, SIK and Prodeko gather to an overall sitsit on Sat 24.10. The coctail-half-an-hour will start at 18:30 and the sitsit at 19:00. The evening will continue with the purest after party in OK20 where a sauna is warm.

Neon Rave ’15
It is time to rave again!
The legendary Neon Rave hosted by the Chemistry guild returns this October to make you rave like there’s no tomorrow. The DJ line-up, consisting of students, offers music from the loungiest house all the way to the fistpumping madness of hardstyle, making stops by some radical trap and atmospheric DnB.
This year’s theme is inspired by street-art and Smökki will be covered in colourful & glowing graffiti! Covering yourself in some Neon-paint is also very much recommended.
Tickets are 5€ in advance and 8€ at the door. Official Neon Rave patches can be purchased with the pre-ticket. Pro tip: the patches glow in the dark, now how cool is that?
International sitsit: Disney goes Halloween
Halloween is almost here, and what could be a better way to celebrate than sitsit? And this year we’ll do it with a twist…
Enter the creepy magical castle with all your friends! The International Committee of AYY (also known as KvTMK) takes you to the BIGGEST, the most FAMOUS and the most SPECTACULAR English-spoken sitsit of this autumn! Whether you’re a first-timer or an experienced sitsit-goer, you’ll be sure to enjoy this full sitsit experience with a cocktail event, table party and after party – without forgetting the entertainment during the evening. This sitsit usually sells out in a couple of hours, so make sure to get your tickets right away!
Finland excursion
On November 13th – 14th the Guild of Architecture will conquer Finland again! There will be company visits, architecture sightseeing and fun evenings in good company! Stay tuned for more information!
