Fri 8.3. AK International Movie Night – The Big Changes
On Friday starts the guilds International Movie Marathon. This is a casual, come as you are, version of a film festival, with comfier dress code, better snacks but no less intellectual approach than the best of film festivals. Movie sessions take place about every other week. Participants can suggest the movie of the week and present their pick, opening the discussion for all. Share your favorite movies reflecting the very authentic parts of your homeland. The main theme is the stories in the big change time, including the transition of cultures, the shift of political power or the change of personal life. The films we would never know without your introduction will be amazing. No need to follow the mainstream tastes.
