Get together with our Danish guests
A group of students from Copenhagen, from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, will come and visit our Guild next week! Welcome everybody to get to know them! We’ll hang out together and get to know each other at the Living Room of the Teekkari Village. The event will start at 18.30 and the fun will continue at ANTIKIIMA.

The visit will carry on throughout the weekend and is a part of the Nordic Cooperation Project of the Guild.
ANTIKIIMA
On the 17th of September Otaniemi can once again go crazy at ANTIKIIMA! Let the creativity flow when it comes to dressing up to this party. Bring your fanny bags and borat-suits and get ready to get your groove on ;) There will also perform the lovely dance group #SWAGSWAGNAMNAM and DJ Moshfunk will be in charge of the party music!

ARTS Freshman Party
The party is starting in Arabia campus, on the 8th floor’s Galleria Atski. The main program in the school is only for the new ARTS students. After the main freshmen party is over, all the students move to a venue closer to Helsinki center and where all the older students are also warmly welcome!
Workshop with the students of the KADK – Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts
On Saturday the 19th of September our Danish guests will organize a workshop in the garden of the Museum of Architecture and you are welcome to join as well! After the workshop there will be a tour around Helsinki with our guests.
Architecture Students’ Flea Market
Empty your drawers and cabinets of clothing, drawing utilities, and all kinds of bigger or smaller stuff that has become useless for you. On Friday the 25th of September, the guild members gather on the 2nd floor at the department of architecture, for the architect students’ flea market. There you can sell your unnecessary things and/or check out what your fellow guild members have to offer!

Otatarhan ajot – Otaniemi Racing Festival
On September 30th the traditional Otatarhan ajot, a festival-like car racing event, is organized again! You do not want to miss this! Plan, build, challenge yourself and others, let yourself be inspired! All this is possible, and now you and your group of friends have a great chance to participate in a race car-like competition with your self-made, non-motor-powered vehicle. The best teams will be rewarded and the preparations start NOW! Points will be given to each group based on the speed, appearance and other properties of the vehicle as well as the spirit of the team.
Volunteer for Slush
Slush is the focal point for startups and tech talent to meet with top-tier international investors and media. In 2014, Slush gathered 14,000 attendees, 140 venture funds and 3,500 companies to Helsinki.
