White overall sitsit
What is the color of innocence? What colour has the coordinates RGB (255, 255, 255) or CMYK (0,0,0,0)? What is the colour of ghost? What colour has a surface which reflects all the wavelenghts of light? What is the colour of albino? What is the most popular colour of overalls in Otaniemi?
There is only one answer: (clean, natural or painter) white!
The purest guilds of Otaniemi, AK, FK, SIK and Prodeko gather to an overall sitsit on Sat 24.10. The coctail-half-an-hour will start at 18:30 and the sitsit at 19:00. The evening will continue with the purest after party in OK20 where a sauna is warm.
Guild evening on the upcoming representative council election
The representative council election is coming! You too should vote!
The members of the student union’s representative council are chosen for the next two years in the AYY representative council election 3.-4.11. Come to the guild room to meet candidates studying architecture or landscape architecture, to find out what the election is all about and to enjoy some snacks. There is also an opportunity to vote in advance.
Guild cottage weekend
Join the Guild for a traditional weekend at the Guild cottage (October 30th – November 1st). Come and fix the cottage in the lovely company of your fellow guild members! Remember to sign up so that there will be enough food for everyone.
Arabia Maskerad
Arabia Maskerad, Finland’s biggest (and greatest) masquerade and the birthday party of the world’s grandest, largest, best, amusement institution aka Student Association TOKYO, is back, gleaming and glittering with gold and wondrous surprises for young and old. The party takes place on Saturday 7.11.2015 from 21 to 04 o’clock.
So dress up, put your dancing shoes on and get ready to celebrate in the wonderland of spine chilling attractions. Arabia Maskerad is also known for the studding elaborate costumes. Many prepare their costume for months in advance so they will have a chance to be crowned ”the best costume” at the masquerade because the three best outfits will be awarded with honor, glory and amazing prize! (Please notice that the costume competition will begin already at 23 o’clock, so be there on time to win!)

On the 26th of October Smökki will be full of popping as we’ll gather up to celebrate the Official Popcorn Poppin’ Month (reference: Wikipedia). Get your popping game on and come to Smökki from 8 pm onwards. The beer pong tables and an awesome DJ will make sure you won’t get home sick during this evening. See you at Smökki!

BEST Halloween Cantus
The traditional Belgian beer festival with halloween theme in Smökki on 10.11! With the admission fee you are permitted to 3 hours of unlimited beer/cider while watching misbehavers getting punished in the most imaginable ways in the middle of the circle. Our senior, the leader of the cantus, is flying here all the way from Sweden!
